Bebinca de Leite (Coconut Milk Custard)
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cans coconut milk
  • 2-1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp butter
  1. Mix cornstarch with water.
  2. In saucepan bring almost to a boil coconut milk, condensed milk and butter.
  3. Slowly pour cornstarch mixture stirring all the time until it thickens.
  4. Pour into mould and cool overnight.
