 Ingredients
 - 12 oz Angel Flake coconut
 - 6 oz sugar
 - 4 oz butter
 - 1 cup flour
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - 12 egg yolks
 
Instructions
 - Filling
 - Put sugar into pot with about 4 oz cold water
 - Dissolve over slow fire and let it thicken a bit
 - Add coconut and butter and stir and remove from fire
 - Beat 7 egg yolks and add to mixture
 - Dissolve over slow fire and let it thicken a bit
 - Add coconut and butter and stir and remove from fire
 - Beat 7 egg yolks and add to mixture
 - Pastry:
 - Place flour and baking powder on board
 - Knead in 5 egg yolks until dough is soft
 - If needed add a little water
 - Press into tarts
 - Fill with coconut mixture
 - Bake at 450° for about 20 minutes
