On June 14, 2026, the Portuguese Classical Music Concert was performed outstandingly by the Mission Chamber Orchestra (comprised of 59 musicians) and led by conductor Emily Ray, with featured guest baritone Jose Corvelo of Porto, that played to a packed house at Five Wounds Portuguese National Church in San Jose. It was a wonderful way to end the first two weeks of celebrations for Portugal month.
